Seastone bread Project within the semester at Beaux-Arts Marseille.
Workshop about bread with the theme Ex Voto. Bread made from seawater, colored with natural edible charcoal and baked in shells, tastes totally like the sea and crunches like sand.
The little breads are like sea pebbles, served on a rosemary plate collected from the local hillside. Crocheted tablecloths made just for this occasion.
